So Close!

The sleeve is about half done
and feels like it is taking at least twice as long as the other sleeve. To keep myself motivated to keep knitting, I've started sewing the existing pieces together,

which always sends me back to the knitting. It might be getting a bit monotonous, but knitting is always better than sewing seams.

And on the Good News front, it's knitted sock weather!!!!!!!

I like that sweater, but I keep picturing it as a vest. Maybe your slow sleeves are infuencing me! I too have broken out the handknits.

It will look great on Andy. And yes, I agree, hand knit sock weather, here we come!

You're almost there!! I also dislike the "sewing up" part, although I've gotten over my fear of buttons lately!

Love those cute socks! Do I see a pattern on there?

Mmm, woolly socks! We're getting cool weather in NH. I like those- aren't they the Fruity Pebbles socks? Andy's sweater is looking good, slow sleeves notwithstanding. And doing some of the sewing now will make it quicker to finish at the end!

(I'm about to catch you up on sleeves, BTW...if a challenge helps...:)
